Lawsuit to Detain of Afghan Civil Rights and Women’s Right Activists in Pakistan

On February 15, Azadegan(free) Movement in Exile, held a protest movement regarding the illegal arrest of Narges Sadat, a member of leadership council of Main Movement of Powerful women, professor Ismaeel Mashal, professor Zakaria Usuli, and Moussa Shahin. These protesting women, demand attention from the international community about Narges Sadat.
 
Narges Sadat was arrested from Pole-Sorkh Kabul on Sunday 12th February, and there is still no news about her release.  
 
Following the recent arbitrary arrests of civil society activists and journalists across Afghanistan by Taliban, on 12th February,United Nations Assistance Mission in Afghanistan UNAMA) called on Taliban to respect the human rights and fundamental freedoms.
 
The increase in the arrest of women and civil rights activists is while recently, there has been no direct and in-person protest movement in the country. 
 
Morsal Ayar, a member of this protest said to Afghan Times that, Narges Sadat, and other arrested women right activists are not criminal and we want from Taliban Intelligence to immediately release them
